SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Stephanie Oster and Tanis Hastmann each fired even-par 74s Saturday to boost the Mavericks to a one-shot lead after the first round of the 54-hole North Central Conference golf tournament.
The Mavs shot a 308 on the Elmwood Park Golf Course to lead North Dakota. Minnesota State, Mankato is third with a 314.
Amanda Stock shot 79, Katie Etter 81 and Sandy Strate 84 for the Mavericks.
