Mavs, Hastmann Look to Title Defense

Senior Tanis Hastmann and her Maverick teammates will be trying to defend their North Central Conference titles this weekend when UNO hosts the North Central Confernce golf tournament. Hastmann has won three straight individual titles and the Mavs two straight team championships.
There will be five men's teams and six women's teams competing in the 54-hole tournaments. Golfers will tee off at 11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday at Indian Creek Golf Club in Elkhorn (202nd and West Maple). The final round will be Monday at Shadow Ridge Country Club (187th and Pacific) at 9 a.m. All rounds are open to the public with no admission charge.
