UNO Travels North to Dual Coyotes

OMAHA, Neb.---The University of Nebraska-Omaha swimming and diving team will take its perfect 3-0 dual record to Vermillion, S.D., to take on South Dakota Friday at 6 p.m. In early November, the Mavs defeated the Coyotes 134.5-94.5.
UNO is coming off a convincing first-place finish in the Mutual of Omaha Invitational held at the HPER Pool last Friday and Saturday.
The Mavs recorded 1,353 points in the invite, with second place North Dakota following with 1,083. UNO finished first in eight events and qualified three individuals, and two relay teams for nationals. The invitational crown gives UNO two first-place and one second-place finishes in its meets.
The next home meet for UNO will not be until Sunday January 6, when they host Nebraska-Kearney.
