Track Will Send Eight to Boston for Nationals

Sarah Menghini and Kalyn Byers captured individual titles at the North Central Conference Championships last weekend, heading a list of eight Mavericks who qualified for the NCAA II National meet.
Menghini won the NCC 400-meters while Byers captured the high jump title.
Menghini will join Laura Gass, Amanda Mahan, Ashley Freeman and Laverne Monger (alternate) in the 4x400 relay.
Foluso Makinde (long jump) and Mandy Neneman (60-meter hurdles) also qualified with provisional marks.
The National meet is March 12-13 in Boston, Mass.
