Hastmann's 74 Helps Mavs Tie for Lead

WASECA, MINN. -- Tanis Hastmann fired a three-over-par 74 Saturday to take the individual lead and help the Mavericks tie Minnesota State for the top spot after the first round of the MSU Invitational. The final round of the 36-hole tournament will be Sunday at 10 a.m.
UNO's 326 total on the Waseca Lakeside Country Club course matched Minnesota State, Mankato Saturday, but Hastmann enjoys a three shot lead over MSU's Kady Steele.
The other UNO scores: Ashley Sipe, 82; Sandy Stratte 84; Stephanie Oster 86 and Katie Etter 89.
The Mavericks and Hastmann are looking for their third straight tournament victories.
