OMAHA, Ne.--The UNO swimming and diving team is back in action after a month from competition and will dual Iowa State Saturday Jan. 15, beginning at 1 p.m. in Ames, Iowa.
The Mavericks are a perfect 4-0 in dual meets, but face a tough Cyclone team that downed UNO last year in Omaha, 169-91.
Following the Saturday dual, UNO will host Nebraska-Kearney on Sunday Jan. 16, in the HPER Pool set for 1 p.m.. The Mavs defeated the Lopers on Nov. 20, 169-76, and will look to sweep the in-state rivals.
