Mavs Win Team Title at Graphic Edge Meet

VERMILLION, S.D.--The UNO women's track and field team piled up 206.5 points to capture the team title at the Division II Graphic Edge Alumni Meet held at the DakotaDome on Saturday.
Anastasia Kyvelidou paced Nebraska-Omaha with three individual titles. Kyvelidou won the 60-meter hurdles (8.62); long jump (6.09 meters) and triple jump (12.39 meters). All three were NCAA II qualifying marks.
Laverne Monger won the 60-meter dash (7.79) and the 200-meter dash (24.80), also NCAA qualifying marks. Kellie Ryan finished first in the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:43.
In all, UNO captured six individual titles and had 17 top 3 finishes.
