Mavs Split Double Dual

The UNO Mavericks split its double dual with Nebraska-Lincoln and Northern Colorado Friday in the HPER Pool. Against Northern Colorado, UNO posted an 83-21 score, while falling to the Huskers 38-66.
The Mavs were paced by four first place finishes. Sarah Clark posted a time of 24.13 in the 50 yard freestyle. Junior Jamie Grogan took the one meter diving with a score of 237.70. In the 100-yard breaststroke, Ashley Renshaw was clocked at 1:05.65.
The 400-yard freestyle relay team of Veronica Barna, Sarah Clark, Jessica Hessel, and Martina Zamecnik placed first with a time of 3:38.16.
UNO is now 6-2 in its duals and 4-1 at the HPER Pool.
UNO will host another double dual against Northern Iowa and Northern Colorado Saturday Jan. 29th in the HPER Pool beginning at noon.
