Monger Wins Title at Iowa State Invite

AMES, IOWA--Laverne Monger won the 60 meter dash Saturday to lead the UNO women's track and field team at the Iowa State Invite.
Monger, a graduate of Mercy High School, captured the race with a time of 7.64.
UNO also got third place finishes from Ramona Zephier in the triple jump (36-8 1/2) and Rebekah Hughes in the 400 meter dash (57.84).
