Mavericks Sweep Through Colorado Series

DENVER,Colo. -- The Mavericks got into the win column for the first time and ended up sweeping all three matches this past weeekend.
On Friday night, UNO toppled Colorado College for its first win of the season with a 144-71 victory over the Tigers.
On Saturday, UNO added a 137-43 victory over Metro State and finished off with 162-138 victory over Northern Colorado.
The Mavericks(3-2) will enjoy a week off before returning to action on Nov. 18, when the team will make its final road appearance of the season against Nebraska-Kearney. Start time for the event is scheduled at 5 p.m.
