Kyvelidou Garners NCC Weekly Honor

Anastasia Kyvelidou of Nebraska-Omaha, Stephanie Gebhart and Derek Gearman of South Dakota and Nate Beerling of Minnesota Duluth have been named the North Central Conference Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week.
Kyvelidou, a senior from Edessa, Greece, set a new NCC mark in winning the NCC heptathlon with a score of 5,512 points. The mark is the best performance in NCAA Division II competition this year. She also broke the school record in the 100-meter hurdles with a clocking of 13.81.
