Mavs Split Double Dual With Cyclones and Bears

Sheena Kafka and Jessica Hessel each took home top honors as the Mavericks split their double dual with Iowa State and Northern Colorado Friday Night at HPER Pool. Iowa State defeated UNO 157.5 - 134.5, but the Mavericks rebounded to defeat Northern Colorado 187-110.
Kafka took home first place in both the 1-Meter(249.05) and the 3-Meter(272.80), while Hessel took home top honors in the Womens 100 yard butterfly(:59.42)
The Mavericks(8-4)return to action tomorrow morning when the compete in the second straight double dual against Northern Colorado and Northern Iowa. This will also be the Maverick's final regular season dual.
During the the intermission of Saturday's dual, the Mavericks will honor the teams seniors Alison Bonjour, Sarah Donley, Jamie Grogan, Courtney Petersen and Ashley Renshaw.
