Mavs Post Road Win Over Aqualopers

The Mavericks won twelve of sixteen events during a 171-70 victory over Nebraska Kearney on Friday night.
Junior Janel Lawonn swept through both diving events and freshman Tessa Edwards posted victories at the 200 yard freestyle (2:04.40) and the 200 yard backstroke (2:19.63) events.
UNO had nine different first place finishers, leading the Mavs to its ninth straight victory over the Aqualopers.
The Mavericks improve to 3-2, while UNK dropped to 1-5.
The Mavericks will have a week off before finishing out its 2006 schedule during the Mutual of Omaha Invitational on Dec. 1-2 at HPER Pool.
