Bearcat Invite on Slate for Mavs

The UNO women's track team will open the 2006 outdoor season this Saturday at the Bearcat Invitational in Maryville, Mo. The meet is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. at the Herschel Neil Track and Bearcat Stadium. Nebraska-Omaha ended its indoor season last month at the NCAA II Indoor Championships in Boston, Mass., where they finished eighth out of 44 teams.
