Rain Forces Regional to Adjust

VERMILLION, S.D. -- The weekend's wet weather has forced an adjustment to the NCAA North Regional golf tournament schedule. The Mavericks will now play one 18-hole round on Monday, with tee times starting at 1 p.m. The 54-hole meet will conclude Tuesday with two rounds, beginning at 8 a.m.

The Mavericks are the defending champions of the regional and will be trying to earn one of two team spots in the NCAA II national meet in Grand Valley, Mich., May 10-13.
