Mavs Advance to 4 Saturday Finals

EMPORIA, Kan. -- Molly Belling and Laverne Monger each qualified for the 200-meter final race at the NCAA II Championships and the 1,600-meter relay team also advanced on the second day of the national meet.
UNO will compete in a total of four events on the final day of the meet.
Belling had a time of 23.79 and Monger crossed the tape at 23.93 in the 200. The two will also compete in the 100-meter final and the 400-meter relay.
Monger will also team up with Karin Clarkson Angela Kampschnieder and Magda Orzylowski in the 1,600-meter final. They ran the preliminary race in a time of 3:45.88.
