Track Team to Compete in Vermillion Meet

The Maverick track and field squad will resume its indoor competition Saturday when it travels to Vermillion, S.D., for the Graphic Edge Open in the University of South Dakota DakotaDome.
UNO's 22 athletes will begin competition at 10:30 a.m.
Last week, Tahnee Tuenge set a school record in the 1,000 meter race at the Holiday Inn Classic in Lincoln. Molly Belling recorded a pair of wins, in the 60-meter dash and the 200-meter race, and Angela Kampschnieder won the 600-yard run.
