Final Results
VERMILLION, S.D. -- Senior Kaylen Harris ran a personal best time of 22:27.67 to win individual honors Friday at the University of South Dakota Tim Young Invitational.
Harris, who knocked nearly 23 second off her previous personal best, won the first race of her Maverick career.
The Mavericks, who only fielded four runners in the race, did not factor in the team scoring as at least five runners are needed to record a team score.
Nebraska-Omaha results included:
1. Kaylen Harris, 22:27.67
13. Janna Brons, 25:11.44
20. Nicole Nelson, 26:13.62
24. Lisa Tesarek, 28:27.14

The Mavericks will be idle until Saturday, Oct. 20, when they compete in the North Central Conference Meet in Duluth, Minn.
