Swimmers Face Double-Dual Saturday

The Maverick swimming team will make its final home appearance for over a month when it hosts Northern State and Minnesota State-Moorhead in a double-dual meet Saturday at noon at the HPER Pool on the UNO campus.
UNO is 2-3 in dual meets this year. Northern State is 0-3 and Minnesota State-Moorhead is 2-1 before swimming against South Dakota Friday night.
UNO is coming off its third-straight victory in the Mutual of Omaha Invitational last weekend.
The Mavericks will face one more dual, at South Dakota Dec. 15, before taking a break in competition over the holidays. UNO will return home for a double-dual Jan. 12 against South Dakota and Truman State.
