Mavs in Second After First Day of NCC Swim Meet

GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- The University of Nebraska at Omaha swimming team is in second place after the first day of competition at the 2007 North Central Conference Swimming & Diving Championships. The Mavericks trail host North Dakota by 14 points.
In the only completed event of the day, sophomore Lindsey Kline finished in third place in the 1,000 freestyle (10:36.10). North Dakota swept the top two spots in the race.
The meet will continue through Saturday, Feb. 24 at North Dakota's Hyslop Swimming Pool.
