Mulligan, Mavs 2nd After 1st Round

AMANA, Iowa -- Lynn Mulligan shot an 82, one shot off the lead, and helped the Mavericks to a second-place tie after the first round of the Upper Iowa Spring Classic Saturday. The 10-team field will tee off for Sunday's round at 9 a.m.
UNO's first-round 346 is tied with Truman State, six shots behind team-leader Augustana.
Mulligan shot 41 on both sides to tie for second with Augustana's Courtney Belanger. Carley Roach of Augustana leads the meet with a first-round 81.
