Harris Earns Academic All-District Honors

Senior Kaylen Harris has been named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District track and field/cross country team by a vote of the members of the College Sports Information Directors of America.
Harris, from Omaha, maintained a perfect 4.0 cumulative grade point average while majoring in mathematics during her Maverick career. She graduated in May summa cum laude.
She now advances to the national ballot along with other first-team all-district selections from the eight college division districts. Harris previously earned North Central Conference All-Academic honors.
