Wrestling Summer League Spots Still Available

Summer League Brochure and Sign-Up Sheet
Spots are still available in the UNO Wrestling Summer League which runs from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. every Wednesday in June at UNO's Sapp Fieldhouse. The league is for all student-athletes entering or attending high school in the fall of 2009.
Over 500 wrestlers attended last year and UNO head coach Mike Denney expects that number to grow. Wrestlers will compete on 12 mats in the air-conditioned Sapp Fieldhouse and every wrestler will have at least two matches per night with the opportunity to take part in a clinic conducted by 2009 national championship UNO wrestlers and coaches each night.
Participants will also get a UNO Wrestling Summer League T-Shirt and $10 off the entry fee for the AAU/Ironman Folkstyle World Championships starting June 25 at UNO.
