Mavericks In Fourth After Round One at Concordia

First Round Results
LAKE ELMO, Minn. - #Armana Christianson# shot a three-over par 75 to lead the UNO golf team in the first round of the Wildwood Lodge Invitational hosted by Concordia University.
The Mavericks hold fourth place with a team score of 320 after the first 18 holes. Augustana leads the tournament with a first-round score of 300. Host Concordia is second at 312, and Minnesota State was just two strokes back in third.
Christianson fired her second-best 18-hole score of the season, tying for third overall out of 66 golfers. #Ricca Soper# was second for the Mavericks with a first-round score of 79.
#Elizabeth Havekost# had UNO's third-best score of the day with an 80, but it did not count toward the team score because she is playing as an individual
#Dani Suponchick# carded an 82 to come in third for the Mavs and in a tie for 20th overall. #Rebecca Pollock# was fourth in team scoring with an 84, and #Amy Powell# rounded out the scoring with an 85.
The final round will begin Monday morning with a shotgun start at 9:30 a.m.
