
Renshaw Earns Weekly League Swimming Honor

OMAHA, Neb. -- Freshman Natalie Renshaw was named Summit League Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week on Tuesday, the conference office announced.
Renshaw collected the first weekly award of her career after helping Omaha defeat league foe South Dakota State, 166-122, in a dual last Saturday at HPER Pool. The Omaha, Neb., native won three individual events and was a member of a winning relay squad. Individually, she won the 50 free (24.59), 100 free (53.20) and 100 back (59.34). Renshaw was also a member of the winning 200 medley relay team with a time of 1:49.63. She currently ranks in the league's top 10 in four events: the 50 and 100 free and 100 and 200 back.
Omaha returns to action on Jan. 11, facing Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The meet is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
