Omaha Picked Second in Preseason Poll

OMAHA, Neb. -- The Omaha swimming and diving team tied for second in the Summit League's swimming and diving preseason coaches' poll released by the conference office Thursday.
Denver took first place with six first-place votes and a total of 36 points. UNO received 26 points to match IUPUI for second. Rounding out the standings were South Dakota State (24), South Dakota (18) Eastern Illinois (10) and Western Illinois (7).
The Mavs will open their season at South Dakota State in Brookings, S.D. on Sunday, Oct. 13.
