Kildow Named Cross Country Athlete of the Week

ELMHURST, Ill. - Senior Ashley Kildow was named the Summit League's women's cross country athlete of the week for her performance in the final meet of the regular season.
It was the first Athlete of the Week honor for Kildow after she finished as the runner-up out of 192 runners at the Mount Marty Invite on Oct. 25. She crossed the finish line with a 5k time of 18:20.25, eighth-best in the league this season. The Mavericks also finished second overall as a team.
The Mavericks will finish the season on Saturday, Nov. 1 at the Summit League Championship hosted by North Dakota State. The women's meet begins at 11 a.m. at Fargo, N.D.
