Skate with the Mavs

Fans of the Omaha hockey team will have an opportunity to take to the ice with their favorite players on Sunday, Jan. 10th when the team hosts the “Skate with the Mavs” at Baxter Arena.
First National Bank is again the title sponsor of the event.
In addition to skating on the ice of Baxter Arena with the team, the day also includes an autograph session and locker room tours.
Registration begins at 12:30 p.m. with the event running from 1 – 2:30 p.m.
There will be two skating sessions, one starting at 1:00pm and the second starting at 1:45pm. Cost for the event is $5 and the proceeds will go to Special Olympics Nebraska. Tickets must be reserved in advance. Space is limited to the first 60 kids (17 and under) for each session. Participants are encouraged to bring their own skates, although skates will be available for rent at Baxter Arena for $3. (Please note, there are a limited number of skates available for rent and they will be rented on a first come, first serve basis)
