
Renshaw Named to Academic All-Summit Team

OMAHA, Neb. – Senior Natalie Renshaw was named to the Summit League's Academic All-League Swimming & Diving Team, the conference office announced Thursday.
Renshaw, a biology major and local product out of Millard North, picked up her third consecutive academic all-league nod and has compiled a cumulative 3.84 GPA. She capped her final season as a Maverick with All-Summit accolades at the Summit League Championships, medaling and placing third in the 800 free relay. Renshaw earned eight All-Summit awards over her Maverick career.
Since joining the Summit League in 2012-13, Omaha's swimming & diving program has seen its student-athletes garner a total of six Academic All-Summit honors.
To be eligible for the Summit League Academic All-League Team, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.30 (on a 4.0 scale), completed at least one full academic year at the current institution and participated in 50 percent of their team's competitions. The men's and women's swimming and diving all-league teams are made up of the 10 student-athletes receiving the most votes with all ties standing.
