PRs Highlight First Day of Outdoor Season for Mavs

TULSA, Okla. – The Omaha track & field team got a pair of personal bests to open the outdoor season at the Tulsa Duels on Friday.
Both Lauren Doeschot and Maddy Partridge put up PRs in the hammer throw. Doeschot finished sixth with a mark of 134-02 while Partridge was right behind in seventh with a toss of 131-05.
Kirsten Leisinger was ninth with a mark of 105-05.
Doeschot also posted her best season-opening mark in the javelin with a throw of 115-06.
The meet resumes on Saturday at 9:30 a.m.
