OMAHA, Neb. -- The Omaha swimming & diving team heads to the Summit League Championships this week, Feb. 14-17, in Sioux Falls, S.D.
The league championship meet, hosted by South Dakota, will be held at Midco Aquatic Center and features four days of action. All sessions will feature live streaming video and live results.
All-session tickets are $40 for adults and $20 for youth aged 12 and under. Single-session tickets will be sold at the event based on availability and are priced at $10 for adults and $5 for youth.
Wednesday's opening day schedule includes evening finals for the 200 medley relay and 800 free relay. On Thursday, morning prelims include the 500 free, 100 fly, 200 IM and 50 free, followed by afternoon prelims for the 1-meter dive. The evening session has the 200 free relay, 500 free, 100 fly, 200 IM and 50 free finals.
Friday morning features prelims for the 400 IM, 200 free, 100 breast and 100 back. In the evening, finals are scheduled for the 400 medley relay, 400 IM, 200 free, 100 breast and 100 back.
Saturday is the last day of competition and opens with morning prelims in the 100 IM, 200 back, 100 free, 200 breast and 200 fly, then an afternoon prelim for the 3-meter dive. The evening session closes the meet with finals for the 100 IM, 1650 free, 200 back, 100 free, 200 breast, 200 fly and 400 free relay.
This year marks Omaha's sixth Summit League Championships appearance.
