Vetrovsky Named Academic All-Summit

ELMHURST, Ill. – Senior Megan Vetrovsky of the Omaha women's golf team has been named to the Summit League Academic All-League team.
Vetrovsky has a 3.95 grade-point average in biology with a minor in chemistry. She is one of just five players in the league to be so honored.
Vetrovsky recently completed her career with the Mavericks as the all-time scoring leader in school history with a stroke average of 79.36. She also played in a school record 112 rounds during her career.
The native of McCook, Neb. led the Mavericks in scoring in each of the last two seasons. As a junior, she set the school record for lowest season scoring average at 76.7.
Vetrovsky is a three-time member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and has twice been named a Distinguished Scholar and a member of the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence. She also is a two-time WGCA All-American Scholar.
