12-Straight Sets
From Oct. 21-29, Omaha volleyball recorded four consecutive wins in straight sets over Summit League opponents. In that span, the Mavericks picked up a pair of 3-0 wins on the road and at home against South Dakota State, North Dakota, North Dakota State and Oral Roberts. At the time, Omaha was 9-2 in three-set matches and eventually ended the season at 10-3 in that category.
Conquering The Streak
On Nov. 23, 2019, Omaha volleyball topped No. 1 seeded South Dakota in four sets for a historic win. The win advanced Omaha to The Summit League Championship Final for the first time since 2015 and ended the Coyotes' 24-match winning streak. The Mavericks were the only Summit League team to defeat South Dakota throughout the regular season or tournament, and handed the program its first loss since Sept. 3, 2019.

Anna was a consistent force for us all season. She usually hit for a high percentage regardless of who we were playing and was talented enough to score even when our opponents committed to stopping her. The numbers speak for themselves and she's definitely earned this honor.Head Coach Matt Buttermore
