Although the season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2019-20 slate featured many bright spots for the Omaha men's tennis team.
The Mavericks put together a win streak, saw a program record tied, earned Summit League recognition and landed a pair of ITA rankings.

Win Streak
The Mavericks posted a three-match win streak in a nine-day span with victories over Creighton, Saint Louis and Green Bay.
Omaha began action at home with wins over Creighton (4-3) and Saint Louis (7-0) to notch the weekend sweep on Feb. 7-8 before topping Green Bay (5-2) in Grand Forks, N.D., on Feb. 15.

Reekie Tied Singles Record
Senior Nathan Reekie recorded his 33rd career singles victory on Saturday, Feb. 15, tying the program record in Omaha's 5-2 win vs. Green Bay in Grand Forks, N.D.

The Brisbane, Australia, native capped fall play with an appearance in the final Intercollegiate Tennis Association national rankings in the fall, landing at 97th. Hulme was the lone player among Summit League teams to be ranked in singles action.

Lawley Named Athlete of the Week
