SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Sophomore Vanessa Gunderson has been named to the Summit League Academic All-League Team for indoor track & field.
Gunderson carries a perfect 4.0 grade-point average in neuroscience with a minor in chemistry.
Gunderson ran the anchor on the Mavericks' 4x400 meter relay team which finished sixth at the Summit Indoor Championship.
She also put up lifetime best times in the 200, 400 and 600 meter races during the indoor season.
