Phoenix, Ariz.- The Omaha men's golf team completed Grand Canyon University Invitational on Tuesday. Â
The Mavericks shot 296-298-293 in three rounds for a total score of 887.Â
Kurtis Rodriguez finishes in first place on the team and shares 54th place overall. The freshman totaled 217 with a 72(+1) in round three.Â
Mathew Halvorson and Christopher Atkinson both match with 73(+2) in the final round. Halvorson shot 218 and Atkinson totaled 224 throughout the tournament.Â
Carter Doose closes with a total score of 228, and Josh Peters scores 234 to end the invite.Â
The Mavericks head to Springfield, Missouri next week for the Twin Oaks Intercollegiate At Missouri State Monday and Tuesday, March 21-22.Â
