Track & Field Named a USTFCCCA All-Academic Team

New Orleans - Omaha track & field was named an All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association on Wednesday.
Omaha was one of more than 150 Division I teams to earn the honor. Collectively, the Mavericks posted a 3.675 grade-point average for the 2021-22 academic year, their highest GPA in program history.
The Mavericks have been named an All-Academic Team by the USTFCCCA for the 11th straight season, taking them back to the start of their reclassification to Division I in 2011.
