"That was a fun weekend. Cliff and the 5000m crew did great on Friday evening and people competed hard today. We performed well and we supported each other along the way. Even though we're an individual sport, the team aspect is still there. We have to be at each other's side if we fall and we should be there to celebrate each other's successes as well. As with many things in life, the ride is much better when you're around people who support you."
