OMAHA - Omaha women's golfer Eden Larson was named the Summit League Peak Performer of the Week on Thursday morning.Â
The freshman out of Lincoln, Nebraska, won her second tournament of the fall this past Tuesday at the Big O Classic. Larson was terrific on day one as she sat 5-under through the first two rounds which propelled her to win the meet by nine strokes. Larson's 69 in the first round was a season low and the lowest round a Omaha golfer has achieved this season. Larson's performance also helped Omaha take home the team title at the Big O Classic.Â
