Competed in all six meets for the Mavericks, scoring in all six…had a career best 5K time of 19:22.56 at the Joe Piane Invitational at Notre Dame (Oct. 4)…posted a career best 6K time of 23:24.1 at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 18)...named to the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

Ran in all six meets for the Mavericks, scoring in five…had a season-best 6K time of 23:45.3 at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 12)…ran a season-best 5K time of 19:45.09 at the Augustana Twilight (Aug. 31)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.
Before UNO
Competed in cross country and track from 2016-18 for Highland Community College...as a sophomore, was a NJCAA All-American in cross country...in track, ran the 1,500, 1,600, 3,000 and 3,000 steeplechase...set the school's steeplechase record as a freshman...prior to that, was a four-year letter winner in cross country and track at Omaha Burke High School.
