2018-19 (Junior)
Indoors, did not compete…outdoors, had a season best 1,500 meter time of 4:58.62 at the KT Woodman Classic (April 12).
2017-18 (Sophomore)
Indoors, had a season best mile time of 5:21.34 at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (Feb. 3)…put up a season best 3,000 meter time of 10:29.54 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 9)…outdoors, had a season best 1,500 meter time of 4:58.27 at the Emporia State Relays (March 31).
2016-17 (Freshman)
Indoors, had a personal best time of 5:15.13 in the mile at the Jim Emmerich/Alumni Invitational (Jan. 21)…ran a PR of 10:19.52 in the 3,000 meters at the Jack Johnson Classic (Jan. 28)…outdoors, had two personal bests in the 1,500 meters including a time of 4:47.72 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 14)…had UNO's top time and a PR of 10:54.60 in the 3,000 meters at the Tulsa Duels (March 18)…put up a PR of 18:14.37 in the 5,000 meters at the Emporia State Relays (April 1)...named to Summit League Academic Honor Roll.

Was the Nebraska District B-1 champion in the 1,600 and 3,200 meters in 2015...also was a multiple qualifier for the state cross country championship while running for Elkhorn High School...was the district champion as a senior.
