
Mavs Fourth In NCAA Attendance

The University of Nebraska at Omaha men's hockey team ranked among the nation's top 10 NCAA Division I programs for attendance in 2002-03.
In 21 home games last season, UNO's total attendance was 174,594 and it marked the sixth consecutive time since 1997-98 that the Mavericks have surpassed the 150,000 plateau in total attendance for its men's hockey games at the Omaha Civic Auditorium.
The Mavericks change homes this fall when they move into the new 14,700-seat downtown Omaha Arena. UNO opens up the 2003-2004 hockey season with an exhibition game against the University of Manitoba on October 5, followed by the Maverick Stampede on October 10-11.
