Mavericks to Host 10-Team UNO Tournament

The University of Nebraska at Omaha volleyball team will host the 10-team UNO Tournament this Friday-Saturday, Sept. 5-6 at the Sapp Fieldhouse. Action begins both days at 10 a.m. Teams in the tournament include: Nebraska-Omaha, Arkansas Tech, Armstrong Atlantic State, Christian Brothers, College of St. Mary, Colorado Christian, Emporia State, Missouri Western, Washburn, Wayne State.
On Friday, the Mavericks, who are 4-2 on the season, will face Emporia State (0-4) at Noon and 24th-ranked Washburn (4-0) at 6 p.m. Nebraska-Omaha will battle Arkansas Tech (1-3) at 2 p.m. on Saturday and conclude the tournament with a 6 p.m. match against Wayne State.
