Mavs Picked 19th in Pre-Season Poll

The University of Nebraska-Omaha softball team was picked 19th in this year's pre-season poll released Wednesday. Coach Jeanne Tostenson and the Mavs will open the season Feb. 27-28 at the Kennesaw State Tournament in Kennesaw, Ga. Last year the Mavs finished the season at No. 17 with a 39-13 (11-3 NCC) record and fell in the semifinal of the NCAA North Central Region tournament.
