Wayne State Takes Two From Mavs

The UNO baseball team dropped a doubleheader to Wayne State College in Kearney on Saturday, 9-3 and 12-5.
The Wildcats pounded out 27 hits in the two games to drop the Mavericks to 7-11 on the season.
UNO's Jim Sledge had two homers and a double on the day to lead UNO offensively.
The Mavs will travel to Wayne on Sunday to take on WSC in a doubleheader starting at 1 p.m.
