Mavs head home to host Bearcats

The University of Nebraska-Omaha softball team will head home to Claussen-Westgate Field to host Northwest Missouri State in a 3 p.m. doubleheader Wednesday, the first home games of the year for the Mavericks. Last week the 19th-ranked Mavs won three of four games at the Missouri Western Invitational and improved to 6-3 on the year. After taking on the Bearcats the Mavs will head to the Rebel Spring Games in Orlando, Fla. to play 12 games from Saturday through March 19.
