
Rheaume to Speak at Blue Line Club Luncheon

Manon Rheaume, the Central Collegiate Hockey Association's Director of Sales and Marketing, will be the speaker at the UNO hockey Blue Line Club luncheon this Friday at the Georgetowne Club.
Rheaume became the first woman to try out for a NHL team, play in the NHL as a goaltender and sign a professional contract with the Tampa Bay Lightning in 1992. As a member of Team Canada, she won a silver medal at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, Japan, as well as gold medals at the World Championships in 1992 and 1994.
Tickets for the luncheon are $15 for Blue Line Club members and $20 for non-members. The buffett opens at 11:15 with the program beginning at 11:45. For more information, please call Shirley Fey at 554-3422.
