Four Named NFCA All-America Scholars

STARKVILLE, Miss. - The University of Nebraska at Omaha softball team landed four student-athletes on the 2005 National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-America Scholar Athlete team announced by the NFCA office today. Mavericks on the team included junior Shilo Jorgensen (Lafayette, Colo.) and sophomores Missy Kelly (Omaha, Neb.) Taren Tuley (Holton, Kan.), and Kellyn Kramolisch (Omaha, Neb.)
A two-time academic all-North Central Conference honoree, Jorgensen is a secondary education major. She is a three-time selection to the team.
Kramolisch, a two-year starter at second base, is a pre-physical therapy major.
Tuley, an education major, is a two-year selection to the prestigious squad. She went 5-0 with two saves in 2005 in 16 appearances on the mound.
Kelly is also a two-year honoree. She is majoring in exercise science.
Student-athletes must acquire at least a 3.5 GPA to be eligible for the award.
