Jorgensen Receives NCC All-Academic Honor

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.--Junior Shilo Jorgensen was named to the 2005 Academic All-North Central Conference Wednesday by vote of league sport information directors. Jorgensen carries a 3.838 GPA in secondary education and is one of four repeat selections on the all-NCC team.
In addition, Erin Bluml, Missy Kelly, Katie Novotny, and Nicole Vos garnered honorable mention honors.
Nebraska-Omaha is preparing for the NCC tournament held this weekend in Vermillion, S.D. The Mavs are the top seed in the seven-team tournament and will face the winner of North Dakota and St. Cloud State at 2 p.m. Friday.
