Junior forward Scott Parse was named the Central Collegiate Hockey Association's Offensive Player of the Week today after his efforts against Alaska Fairbanks over the weekend.
Parse (2-3-5, +4) was the first star of a win and a tie on the road at Alaska Fairbanks, including a goal and two assists on Friday as the Mavericks won in Fairbanks for the very first time in 15 tries.
